Shipping policy
Tracked shipping is a flat rate for any order. It's $4.99 for the United States (3-10 days) to be processed (Monday - Friday), excluding weekends, vacations, and holidays.
$7.99 for Canada (3-10 days), and $9.99 for the United Kingdom (7-14), International shipping is offered at $14.99 for Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.
**Processing time is separate from shipping time, please order in a timely manner if you need our product by a specific date**
Orders have fulfilled the order they come in. Please note that times may vary due to high amounts of orders. These orders are based on a low volume of orders meaning it may be less or more time for orders to be processed or shipped.
Because the products are special custom orders shipping may take up to 10-20 days or 1-6 weeks, please note that due to inspections and processing within the shipping carrier this may delay your shipping due to COVID-19 protocols.
We are not responsible for delayed or damaged products.

Frequently purchased items usually ship within a few days of order, though it can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks to ship some orders. If a customer orders multiple items, we'll ship them when all the items are ready. Our goal is to always have customer orders delivered as quickly as possible, but sometimes things can get delayed because products have to be manufactured before they can be shipped!
