SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are rarely undelivered to customers, but can happen if a customer forgets to add their apartment number to an address or moves to another address without setting up mail forwarding. Please double check your address before you make your purchase.
All of our cosmetics, skincare, and beauty accessories are made on-demand. The products are formulated and packaged within a few days of your order. Allow up to a week for orders to be dispatched with the shipping carrier you selected at checkout. Shipping times differ between each of the shipping methods shown at checkout checkout and the country where the products are being shipped to. You can expect orders in Canada to take up to 10 days to arrive, up to 7 days for the United States, and up to three weeks for international orders. A tracking number will always be provided for orders, and we recommend referring to your delivery confirmation email to track your order and estimated delivery date.
United States: All orders may take up 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) to be processed. (excluding weekends, vacations, and holidays)
Orders are fulfilled in the order they come in
Orders get shipped out on Wednesday and Friday. Once orders have shipped it will arrive in 1-3 business days.
Please note that times may vary due to high amounts of orders. These times are based off of low volume of orders meaning it may be less time or more for orders to be processed and shipped.
**Processing time is separate from shipping time, please order in a timely manner if you need our product by a specific date**
We want all of our customers to absolutely love their cosmetics! If an item is defective or incomplete, please contact us; we'll arrange a replacement of that item for the customer if it's available. We'll provide replacements on damages that happened during formulation, but not for products that were damaged through neglect or everyday use. For example, if you received an incorrect lipstick shade a replacement will be shipped out to your address. However, if you try a formula for a few weeks and decide that you had rather purchased a different formula, a free replacement will not be shipped.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for health & safety reasons of handling used hygiene products. In the unlikely event that product(s) arrive damaged, you should must contact customer service within 48 hours of accepting the package. You must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email to help us find your order faster.
Refused delivery will incur delivery costs will not be refunded. If an order is returned back to our offices we'll arrange a second-attempt delivery. A package can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was dispatched. Please send an email if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier’s tracking information.
USPS First-Class Mail:
- Delivery in 1–3 business days (this may vary if USPS is busier than usual)
International Shipping: After being shipped out it may take 1-5 weeks to be delivered through USPS
We work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one five- seven days of receiving. 10-20 days for items to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
